紅外自動大理石花崗（gǎng）岩切（qiē）割機是在（zài）底座上設置軌道作直線運動，帶動金剛石圓鋸（jù）片，紅（hóng）外切割刀片確定（dìng）被切割石材的尺寸和直線度，並保證切割軌道按照直線運動進行石材板（bǎn）材切割加工的一種設備。

本機采用PLC控製，切割尺寸由計算機終（zhōng）端數字輸入，所有操作可手（shǒu）動或由計算機（jī）程序自動完成；控製麵板位於機（jī）器右側，方便操作人員在放板時對機器進行調整；麵板上有操作按鈕、編碼器和液晶（jīng）顯（xiǎn）示；本機最多可同（tóng）時設置（zhì）8種不同的切割尺寸，每種（zhǒng）尺寸最（zuì）多（duō）可重複9999次，並可（kě）設置多次下刀。切割（gē）模式;配備紅外刀儀，可準確定位；切割進給速度由變頻器調節；鋸片由電機直接驅動（dòng），可（kě）由液壓傳動驅動，自動旋轉（zhuǎn）90°；最大可切割3200mm × 2000mm板材；工作台可承重600kg，可（kě）轉（zhuǎn）動0°~ 85°。支撐架與機架一體，可快（kuài）速安裝使用，移（yí）動方便，無需提前搭（dā）建混凝土基礎。

Cutting mode; equipped with infrared knife instrument, can be accurately positioned; cutting feed speed adjusted by the frequency converter; saw blade driven directly by the motor, can be driven by the hydraulic transmission, automatic rotation of 90 °; the maximum cutting 3200mm × 2000mm plate; table can support 600kg, can be turned 0 ° ~ 85 °.
